We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused or unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & International Suppliers

Scarlet Tand Parker works with international suppliers, including partners based in China. As a result, return shipping costs may be higher than domestic returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not obligated to cover these costs, even if they are higher due to international shipping.

To ensure a smooth experience, we may offer alternative solutions in certain cases, such as:

  • partial refunds

  • store credit / gift balance

  • other individually agreed solutions

Returns sent without prior contact or approval may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care items (such as cosmetics)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current one and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal (If Applicable)

If you are located in a region where consumer laws provide a statutory cooling-off period, you may have the right to cancel your order within a specified timeframe.

To qualify:

  • the item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • proof of purchase is required

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
